How to change video resolution
Reducing resolution cuts delivery and storage cost and helps meet presentation or social-platform requirements. Aspect-ratio locking prevents people and text from being stretched.
Upscaling low-resolution footage cannot create real detail; it mostly adds pixels and file size. Downscaling is usually the useful direction.
